1. Introduction & Service Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Relix mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), a dedicated adult skincare log and data recording tool. Relix is committed to helping users record daily skincare behaviors through personalized content input, store skincare-related records permanently, and generate visual data charts to intuitively display skincare data trends. This policy clearly defines the standards for collection, storage, processing and protection of user data generated during the use of skincare logging and data visualization functions, and clarifies the privacy rights and obligations between users and the platform.

By downloading, installing and continuously using all functions of the App, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any clause herein, you shall immediately stop using the App and delete all related local data.

2. Age Restriction & User Qualification

This App is available only for users aged 18 and above. Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing and using all functions of this platform.

The skincare log recording and personal skincare data analysis functions provided by the App are designed exclusively for adult users’ personal daily skincare management scenarios. We do not provide services for minors, and will not actively collect or store any personal information and usage data of minors. In case any minor-related data is accidentally collected in exceptional circumstances, we will take immediate and thorough permanent deletion measures. You confirm that you are a legally competent adult user before using our services.

3. Data Processing Principles

Relix strictly abides by the principles of user autonomy, minimal necessity, privacy priority and non-commercialization. All data processing behaviors are limited to the realization of skincare log recording and data visualization functions. We only collect and process user data actively authorized and submitted by users, and will not conduct excessive data collection, unauthorized data analysis or commercial sales of user private skincare data, fully protecting users’ personal skincare privacy.

4. Types of User Data Processed

To ensure the normal operation of skincare log saving, viewing and visual chart generation functions, the platform only processes the following user-initiated content and anonymous auxiliary operation data, without collecting any irrelevant sensitive private information:

4.1 User Skincare Log Content

All original content independently uploaded and edited by users for daily skincare recording:

• Skincare Related Photos: Local photos uploaded by users related to skincare processes, skin status and skincare products for daily log recording.

• Skincare Text Records: User-edited text content including skincare routines, product usage notes, skin condition feedback and other personalized log descriptions.

• Stored Skincare Logs: Complete skincare log files formed by integrating user photos and text content, supporting permanent local storage and real-time viewing.

4.2 Visualization Data Generated by System

Based on users’ valid skincare log records, the system will locally generate statistical data and visual charts including skincare frequency, usage trend and daily record statistics to help users intuitively view personal skincare data. All visualized data is generated and stored locally without remote synchronization.

4.3 Anonymous Auxiliary Operation Data

To optimize App operation stability and functional experience, we anonymously collect non-identifiable basic data such as device model, system version and App running logs. Such data cannot identify individual users and is only used for internal product iteration and bug fixing.

5. Legal Purpose of Data Processing

All processed user data is only used for the following legitimate and necessary service scenarios to support the stable operation and experience optimization of core skincare logging functions:

• Realize log recording and storage: Save users’ skincare photos and text logs, support permanent storage and free viewing of personal skincare records.

• Generate visual data charts: Automatically sort and statistically analyze valid log data to generate intuitive visual trend charts for users’ daily skincare management.

• Optimize product functions: Analyze anonymous operation data to improve log editing fluency, data statistics accuracy and chart display effect.

• Ensure service security: Identify abnormal access and malicious operations to maintain the stable operation of private log storage and data analysis functions.

• Handle user demands: Respond to user consultations, functional suggestions and privacy inquiries through official email channels.

6. Data Storage & User Autonomy

All user skincare photos, text logs and system-generated visual chart data are stored locally on the user’s personal device by default. The platform will not actively upload, synchronize or back up user private skincare log data to remote servers without explicit user authorization. Temporary cache data generated during log generation and chart rendering will be automatically cleared after the operation is completed to avoid redundant data retention.

Users have full independent control over all personal skincare log content and data. You can view, edit, export and delete logs and chart data at any time. Once deleted, the corresponding data will be completely and permanently erased without any residual backups and cannot be recovered.

7. Data Sharing & Confidentiality Commitment

Relix strictly implements closed-loop confidential management of user private skincare data, and never shares, sells, rents or transmits any user log content and visual data to third parties. The App’s log storage and data visualization functions are independently developed and operated, with no embedded third-party data statistics SDK, data sharing interface or external transmission channels. User personal skincare records and data charts belong to exclusive private content and will not be disclosed to any third-party institutions or individuals under any ordinary circumstances.

Data disclosure will only be carried out in strict accordance with legal provisions when required by mandatory national laws, judicial rulings and legitimate law enforcement procedures.

8. Data Security Protection

We have built a full-link local security protection mechanism for user skincare privacy data. All log editing, data statistics and chart generation operations run in a secure local sandbox environment, which effectively prevents data leakage, tampering and illegal access. The platform implements strict internal permission management, and no staff can privately view or export user private skincare log data to ensure full protection of user personal privacy and data security.

9. Non-Sensitive Data Processing Statement

The App’s core processing logic is limited to skincare log sorting, storage and visual data statistics. We will not actively identify, extract or collect any sensitive information such as biological features, geographic location and private privacy content contained in user uploaded photos and text logs. All data processing behaviors only serve daily skincare record management functions without excessive sensitive data collection and analysis.

10. Cache & Tracking Policy

The App only uses basic local cache technology to ensure the smooth loading of log content and visual charts. We do not use tracking Cookies, user behavior analysis tools or third-party monitoring tools to record user usage habits and private preferences. Users can clear App cache through device settings at any time, which will not affect the normal storage and viewing of core skincare log data.

11. User Content Compliance Responsibilities

Users shall bear full independent legal responsibility for all uploaded photos and edited text log content. Users undertake not to use this App to publish, store or disseminate illegal, infringing, vulgar, violent and other non-compliant content. The platform reserves the right to terminate the service qualification of violating users and pursue corresponding legal liabilities for illegal acts.

12. Policy Update Rules

We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy irregularly in accordance with product function iteration and legal regulation updates. The latest policy version will be displayed in the App with a clear update date. Your continued use of the App’s services after the update will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised policy terms.
