1. Interpretation & Legal Binding

These Service Terms and Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a valid legal contract between Relix operation party (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”) and individual end users (hereinafter “you”). This Terms governs all behaviors of downloading, installing, registering and using the Relix skin care log application, as well as all rights and obligations of both parties in the process of using platform services.

Your access to the application, upload of skin care content, creation of daily logs and use of data visualization functions shall be deemed as your voluntary acceptance and full recognition of all clauses of this Terms. If you do not agree to any content of this Terms, you shall immediately stop using all services of the application.

2. Service Introduction & Functional Scope

Relix is a professional personal skin care log recording and data analysis application, dedicated to helping users systematically record daily skin care processes and track skin status changes. The core services provided by the platform include users independently uploading skin care related photos, editing and matching personalized text notes, generating exclusive skin care logs and permanently saving log content for users to view and review at any time. Meanwhile, the application supports intelligent data sorting, automatically generating visualized data charts, helping users intuitively grasp daily skin care habits, frequency rules and long-term skin status changes, realizing scientific and refined skin care management.

We reserve the right to carry out reasonable function iteration and experience optimization according to product operation and user demand upgrading, including optimizing log editing functions, upgrading data visualization presentation forms, optimizing content storage modes and improving page interaction effects. All updated functions will take effect automatically after online launch without separate notice to users.

3. User Age Access Rules

This application and all its functional services are only open to users aged 18 and above. This platform strictly implements adult access mechanism, and does not provide services for minors under the age of 18. Minors are prohibited from registering accounts, creating logs, uploading content and using any functional services of the application.

We do not collect any information of minors or provide customized services for minor groups. We have the right to verify user age through technical verification means. Once it is confirmed that the user does not meet the adult usage qualification, we have the right to permanently freeze the user account, terminate all service permissions, and will not undertake any refund, compensation and related responsibilities.

4. User Content Creation & Compliance Undertaking

All original content created, uploaded and saved by you on the platform, including skin care photos, customized text logs and other personalized recording content, shall be independently created and managed by you. You promise that all published content is legal, authentic and compliant, does not violate national laws, regulations and social public order and good customs, and does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

Users are prohibited from carrying out the following behaviors during service use:

• Uploading and storing illegal, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, false and misleading content that violates public order and good customs;

• Uploading non-personal copyrighted pictures, texts and other content without authorization to infringe third-party intellectual property rights, portrait rights and privacy rights;

• Using the platform’s log recording and data statistics functions for illegal publicity, false promotion, commercial marketing and other non-compliant profit-making behaviors;

• Tampering with, cracking, reverse engineering and secondarily developing the application program, data statistics and visualization system without official written authorization;

• Using malicious scripts, plug-ins and other third-party tools to interfere with the normal operation of the application and damage platform data security and service order;

• Publishing false skin care information and misleading content to interfere with other users’ normal use of the platform.

5. Data Visualization Function Specification

The data visualization chart function launched by the platform is only used for users’ personal skin care data sorting and self-viewing. All statistical data and chart content are generated intelligently based on users’ independent uploaded log content, which is for personal reference only. We do not guarantee that the data is applicable to all professional medical and skin care judgment scenarios, and all data analysis results shall not be used as the sole basis for professional medical diagnosis.

We will not actively collect, analyze or share users’ private skin care data without authorization. All visualized data generated by the system is only associated with the user’s personal account and will not be disclosed to any third party.

6. Intellectual Property Rights Provisions

All independent intellectual property rights of the Relix application, including software copyright, trademark logo, interface UI design, data visualization algorithm, log template design and program operation code, are exclusively owned by us. No user or third-party institution may copy, imitate, disseminate or commercially use the above proprietary resources without our formal written authorization.

Users retain complete legal ownership of all personal skin care logs, uploaded photos and text content created by themselves. We only provide technical services such as content storage, data sorting and visual chart generation, and do not obtain any ownership, usage right or commercial authorization of user private content. Without the user’s explicit consent, we will never use, copy, disseminate or commercialize user personal log data and content.

7. Privacy & User Data Protection

We strictly abide by national personal information protection laws and network security regulations, and always adhere to the principles of legality, necessity and confidentiality to protect user private data. We only collect basic data required to realize log storage and data visualization functions, and do not collect redundant sensitive personal information irrelevant to the service.

All user skin care photos, text logs and visualized data are only used for the user’s personal daily record and self-data viewing. We adopt encrypted storage technology to protect user private content from leakage, tampering and loss. We will not sell, rent or share user personal data and log content with any third party without the user’s explicit authorization.

8. Service Exclusion & Liability Limitation

Our skin care log recording and data visualization services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make any explicit or implicit guarantee for uninterrupted service operation, zero error of data statistics and full adaptation to all user personalized recording needs.

All user-created log content and personal data analysis results are independently responsible by the user. We shall not be liable for any content infringement risks, personal losses and legal disputes caused by users’ illegal and non-compliant use of the service.

We are not responsible for temporary service interruption, data display delay and function abnormality caused by network fluctuation, system maintenance, policy adjustment, force majeure and other objective uncontrollable factors.

9. Account Management & Service Termination

If users violate any clause of this Terms, publish illegal content, maliciously damage platform operation order or do not meet the adult access standards, we reserve the right to take measures such as warning, function restriction, account ban and permanent service termination without prior notice and economic compensation.

Users can voluntarily stop using the application services at any time. After the termination of the service relationship between the two parties, the clauses of privacy protection, intellectual property protection and liability limitation in this Terms shall continue to be legally effective.

10. Terms Revision & Iteration Rules

We have the right to revise and update this Terms irregularly according to product function iteration, service upgrade and national legal policy changes. The latest version of the Terms will be displayed on the application terminal with the updated date marked. Your continued use of the platform services after the update of the Terms will be deemed as your full acceptance of the revised clauses.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Settlement

The formulation, validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute arising from the performance of this Terms, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent local people's court.
